As we look to 2021, we've been thinking about the importance of nonprofit boards and their ability to guide an organization through difficult times. A well-functioning Board builds capacity for staff, increases development results, and enhances the Board experience for its members. Building a Board that works well ultimately expands the impact of the organization – but it takes great intention.
